The Development Process: Pre-Start Meeting

When we are awarded a contract the first step is the pre-start meeting. At this meeting we establish our communication points, our product selection, the survey team makeup and what information is required from the survey.

Survey dates would be agreed and the relevant paperwork prepared for tenant acceptance and approval.

We would agree the relevant categories and weighting targets for the K P I scores.
