New Contract with Ferguslie Park Housing Association

We recently won a contract for 206 kitchens with Ferguslie Park Housing Association and 50 kitchens with Cube Housing Association.

New Contract with Perth Housing Association

We have recently won a contract with Perth Housing Association to supply and install 45 Central Heating Systems and 42 Kitchens. We are working in a consortium with City Technical Services who install the central heating on day one with the kitchen being installed in day two and tiling and flooring in kitchen completed in day three. This giving the tenants the minimal amount of inconvenience for a major improvement to their property.

New Contract with Southside Housing Association

We have recently won a contract with Southside Housing Association to supply and install 26 Central Heating Systems and 47 Kitchens. We are working in a consortium with City Technical Services who install the central heating on day one with the kitchen being installed in day two and tiling in kitchen completed in a three hour slot in day three. This giving the tenants the minimal amount of inconvenience for a major improvement to their property.

New Contract with Craigdale Housing Association

We have been awarded kitchen contract with Craigdale Housing Association for the supply and installation of 66 kitchens. We will commence contract on 30/11/09 and will complete in 7 working weeks.

New Contract with Link Housing

MCN recently signed a new contract with Link Housing for bathroom upgrades at various locations across Scotland. This contract is worth £1.4 million. Link Housing have been in existance for 40 years and have become one of the countries major providers of new and improved homes and support services.
