The Development Process: Installation

The installation process is carried out to the precise specification by skilled professional workmen. Many of our products are manufactured locally offering the best of quality and service and supporting local companies.

The process is carried out with minimal disruption to tenants and within strict timescales.

• One day kitchen and bathroom installation (tiling completed quickly afterwards)
• We will survey at weekends or evenings and install at weekends if required
• MCN dispose all of our waste with Glasgow District Council
• We constantly monitor our performance to programme and quality
• We have previously been involved in schemes to employ local labour and would be keen to look at this again
